CoachHub Secures $42M from HSBC to Boost AI Development
CoachHub, the Berlin-based digital coaching platform, has secured $42 million in growth financing from HSBC Innovation Banking UK to accelerate its artificial intelligence development and expand its product offerings, according to a company announcement.
The strategic funding will enable CoachHub to enhance its technology infrastructure while maintaining its human-centered approach to coaching. The platform currently connects organizations with over 3,500 certified business coaches across 90 countries, offering sessions in more than 80 languages.

The company aims to make coaching more accessible worldwide, particularly during times when support and resilience are essential for navigating change.

The company currently serves more than 1,000 clients globally, offering scalable and measurable personalized coaching programs for entire workforces. The funding decision was made to drive rapid innovation while protecting employee equity and fostering long-term value creation.
CoachHub's innovative coaching programs are based on proprietary research from their Innovation Lab, and the company maintains environmental consciousness through carbon-neutral certification and ISO14001-certified environmental management.
