Mayd Gets €30 M in Second Round

In spring 2021, serial founders Hanno Heintzenberg und Lukas Pieczonka registered Mayd, with backing secured from among others Earlybird Venture Capital. Heintzenberg and Pieczonka had previously successfully built up real estate platform McMakler. Mayd is active in a completely different market, namely medicine delivery. Less than a year old, they already employ 100 office staff and 350 drivers. And, as the Deutsche Startups deal monitor reports, they have just successfully completed their second investment round to the tune of €30 million, with which to expand into the rest of Europe.
