PropTech Startup assetbird Raises €2.4 Million in Funding
Berlin-based proptech startup assetbird has raised €2.4 million in a funding round led by 468 Capital and IBB Ventures. The company, which was founded in 2020, focuses on digitizing and streamlining the real estate acquisition process.
According to the press release, assetbird's platform uses AI to automate the processing of property synopses and documents, centralizing deal pipelines and team collaboration. By providing valuable insights into market data, the platform enables real estate teams to work more efficiently and close more deals.
"We see very few start-ups that have been able to establish themselves as the clear market leader in an industry so quickly - despite a challenging market situation with many insolvencies, increased interest rates and high construction costs," said Emanuel Pallua of 468 Capital.
The new capital will be invested in expanding the platform and growing the team. Tobias Dochow, co-founder and CEO of assetbird, commented: "From day one, we have developed our product in close collaboration with our clients. This has allowed us to establish a sought-after market standard despite our small team.
