A Berlin-based startup is making waves in the home service industry with its innovative business management platform. According to information from Vestbee, Handly has secured €3.75 million in seed funding, co-led by Stride VC and 20VC.
Founded in 2021 by Bastian Meyer and Klaas Krüger, Handly offers an all-in-one solution for entrepreneurs in the home service sector. The platform streamlines business operations with features including website building, automated invoicing, scheduling, and team coordination tools.
The impact of Handly's solution is significant: users report doubling their orders and achieving a 32% increase in sales while saving 20 hours per week. Administrative work has been reduced by 54%, allowing business owners to focus on growth rather than paperwork.
"Every Handwerker should have the opportunity to build their own business—without anything holding them back," says Bastian Meyer, founder and CEO of Handly.
The funding round attracted notable investors, including Base10 Partners, The Delta, Angel Invest, Foreword, and N & V Capital. Business angels JC Glancy and Ershad Jamil also participated in the round.
The fresh capital will be used to enhance the platform's capabilities, expand automation tools, and grow the team.
